HOW TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT
After submitting the form below, our referral coordinator will contact you to choose an appointment time and pay for the appointment. Before an appointment, all clients need to submit their pet’s full history and complete a service agreement, which you can find on the history submission page under the scheduling menu.
Please note that Dr. Young will be going on Maternity Leave mid-March 2026 and services will be temporarily unavailable. Feel free to reach out to us to get on our cancellation list leading up to March, get alternative referral options, or to be notified when services become available again.
